Physical Therapy

  • During your physical therapy initial evaluation, your physical therapy will discuss your current condition, perform a comprehensive physical examination and discuss treatment options with you. Patients/clients must have a physical therapy script with a diagnosis code from a physician prior to initiating physical therapy.

    Common conditions treated include back pain, neck pain, arthritis, joint replacements, tendinopathies, bursitis, strains, sprains, post-surgical rehab (ACL repair, meniscus surgery, spinal surgery), and chronic pain. $160.

  • During your physical therapy follow up sessions, your physical therapist will guide you through appropriate treatments including therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activity, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait/running training, dance specific techniques, etc.

Pilates

  • During your Pilates private session you'll work one-on-one with a certified instructor who guides you through exercises that improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Whether you're new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, private sessions provide focused attention, customized instruction, and a safe, supportive environment to help you get the most out of every movement. $120.

  • Our Pilates instructor has experience presenting at studios in the Philadelphia area. Invite us to present on topics such as Pilates as the Pelvic Floor, Pilates and Joint Replacements and more!

Dance Wellness

  • At your functional dance screen, your physical therapist will evaluate your range of motion, balance, mobility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance,  and dance specific special tests for previous injuries and/or pain. Your physical therapist will provide a comprehensive explanation of results and exercises to help improve dance capacity and reduce the risk of injury. This functional dance screen was created and studies originally with dancers at Temple University. $150.

  • Our physical therapist has experience presenting at universities and conferences on dance specific topics. Invite us to present on topics such as dance related injuries and prevention strategies, functional dance screen outcomes, pain science, dance specific warm-up protocols, and more!

Payment

Our sliding scale is designed to adjust the cost of services according to your ability to pay. Please pay what feels right to you along the sliding scale for the service(s) you are receiving. We do not accept insurance. If you insurance provides reimbursement for physical therapy services, you may request a super bill from your provider to submit to your insurance company. We accepts cash, check, credit card, Zelle and Venmo.
